To request a refund request, you can follow one of these steps.
You can send an email to our customer support at support@zonbase.com. Our customer service representative will reach out to you within 24 hours.
For more urgent matters, you can also talk directly with our live support. You can start a conversation with our live chat by clicking the message bubble icon located at the lower right side of your dashboard screen.
After clicking the icon, choose “Support” and wait for a customer service representative to attend to your refund request.
